What does my Admission Fee pay for?
The average value for each ticket is of 1199$. Your tickets helps us cover the costs of:
- Hardscape Paradise staff to give you a high quality experience.
- Hardscape Paradise Influencers.
- All events put on by the resort including event space, private resort lounge, outdoor event space, ballrooms, business breakout rooms, entertainment, etc.
- Drinks, cocktails and appetizers during appointed times (view itinerary)
- Merchandise and special resort perks for the spouse/partner of Hardscape Paradise members.
- Enters you into drawings to win hardscape specific tools for our industry.
Is the resort all-inclusive?
No, the resort is not all-inclusive; however, meals and drinks are reasonably priced and can be conveniently charged to your room. As a guest, you'll enjoy full access to all restaurants, food and beverage options, and amenities at the JW Marriott, as well as those at the adjoining Marriott. A complimentary selection of appetizers and beverage offerings will also be provided to attendees during designated Hardscape Paradise events.
How far away is the resort from the airport?
The resort is around 20 minutes away from the airport, depending on traffic.
What transportation options are available from the airport to the resort?
Transportation options in Cancun are Uber, taxi, or other private transportation services. The resort offers a shuttle from the airport to the hotel as well. You need to book this in advance since they have few shuttles.
Can I extend my stay beyond the Hardscape Paradise event?
Yes, you extend your stay beyond the Hardscape Paradise event, although the Hardscape Paradise event starts on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 and ends Saturday, February 21, 2026.
What parts of my trip are tax deductible for my business?
The rooms, flights, and event fee are tax deductible for your business. Always confirm details with your tax professional.
Are children / families allowed to come to Hardscape Paradise?
Yes, the resort is family friendly. Children under 12 are not allowed to participate in speaker events and after parties, but there are plenty of activities for the entire family on-site!
Who needs to purchase event tickets?
We ask that you register all the people in your group with an event ticket. Only one person needs a full admission ticket and others can register as with the Team & Family Admission ticket or a Free Children's ticket for children under 12.
